Why I'm adding paid tiers to Podcast Strategy Weekly
Plus a very special offer for founding members.

A little break from the norm for this very special email (hello Saturday!).
I wanted to get in touch outside of my regular publishing schedule to let you know about some small but important changes I’m making to Podcast Strategy Weekly.
Podcast Strategy Weekly started in August 2024 as an experiment: could I deliver enough value via an email that people would want to sign up to receive an email every week?
It turns out, thankfully, that the answer is yes.
Phew!
A few months in and the community is gathering momentum. This list now includes an amazing group of readers from across the podcast industry, in the UK and around the world. It really is an honour to be in touch with you every week and I appreciate you all.
Alongside this newsletter, I’m also working on a number of ideas that I hope will provide even deeper service to the growing and maturing podcast industry.
Ideas like Podcast Crew, a service providing access to vetted, verified podcast production professionals, to help you scale faster and deliver ROI on your podcast projects.
And these ideas require a bit of start up capital to get off the ground.
I really believe in these ideas and I’m investing my own time and money, but of course every additional penny counts!
That is why I’ve decided to turn on paid subscriptions for Podcast Strategy Weekly.
Because I plan to reinvest every pound received through this newsletter into creating products and services that will be really useful to a lot of people, and will, I hope, help to grow and develop the podcast industry in the UK and internationally.
So, what’s changing?
Free subscribers
Everyone who signs up to Podcast Strategy Weekly will continue to receive emails from me.
Free subscribers will now receive three issues per month.
Paid subscribers
I’m introducing a new paid subscription which will give access to every single issue, plus a first look at new tools and templates to help grow your podcasts, as soon as they’re released.
The paid subscription is available for just £3.99 per month, or £39.99 per year.
Founding members
Plus I’m introducing a very exciting opportunity for founding members.
I’m offering the opportunity to promote your business, product or service to our growing list of leading podcast professionals, with your name, a short description, and a link of your choosing (subject to approval - keep it clean and relevant!).
I’ve opened up ten slots in every email. When we reach more than ten founding members, links will be promoted on equal rotation. You’ll be included for as long as you remain a founding member.

Referral reward tiers are as follows:
