Hi Chris, these guides are really useful, especially s aI am about to put out a big new series in my feed. One thing I can't quite work out: I use Substack to host my podcast, and I can't work out where to upload the episode art for each episode on Substack. Any ideas on this?

I actually haven’t experimented much with Substack as a hosting platform so I’m afraid I don’t know. Normally in your host there’s an option to add episode art at the point where you upload and add your metadata.

So pleased you’re finding the newsletter helpful. Thanks for saying so!

Maddeningly there doesn't seem to be an obvious way to do it. I've asked their support to chime in

That’s frustrating! Do let me know if you find a work around. Good luck

Think I worked it out! Another quick question if you don't mind humouring me - on the submission forms you say '...make sure you leave enough lead time to submit your promotion request at least two weeks before you want to promote your episode'. And the form asks for the URL - so you would recommend the episode you want to promote being live before you submit the request through the form?

Yeah that’s a bit of a catch 22 isn’t it? Strictly speaking the episode needs to be live before you submit, yes. You could always try submitting the show feed now and the episode feed later, but I think they do say they need the episode link to review it.
